Shared seats only run when other guests are already booked on the same route. Check the calendar before you promise a date.

How to book it, end to end.

The whole flow from "I'd like to fly" to "wheels off the helipad".

Get the details

Three things you always need before going further.

  • Passengers. How many people, including children over 2.
  • Preferred date. And rough time of day.
  • Flight type. Shared seat, private tour, or transfer.

Check availability

Open the shared calendar. Shared tours run only on confirmed slots, so they cannot be arranged day-to-day. If the calendar is empty, suggest a private tour or private transfer: those are available on 30 min notice. Pre-confirm the time slot with the guest before moving on.

Confirm the booking

Text us the time slot and passenger data: full name, weight, passport number for each guest. Once payment is collected, you'll see the booking confirmation in the common WhatsApp group.

Collect the payment

Charge the published price. All flights are fully prepaid. No exceptions, no partial deposits.

Coordinate the transfer

Guests must arrive at the heliport 20 minutes before departure for the safety briefing. Keep us posted on any changes to their plans and on the latest weather call.

Important notes

Weight
Under 130 kg per passenger. Under 390 kg per helicopter total.
Luggage
Space is limited. Bulky items (surfboards, large bags) go separately by ground.
Timing
All flights end at least 30 minutes before sunset.
Weather
Flights may be rescheduled. Full refund if no alternative works.
Seating
Four passenger seats per helicopter.
Children
Kids over 2 years need their own seat.
